FAQ

How will my order be shipped to me?

Our items are shipped via USPS and FedEx. Your item will arrive in a small bubble envelope or a box depnding on their size.

How long will it take to ship my order? 

We will process your order within 3 days. Once your order ships, shipping within the United States takes approximately 7-14 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, we accept payment via PayPal and all major Credit Cards. 

What is your Return policy?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply contact us at info@gadgetblu.com within 30 days of delivery of your item and we will gladly walk you through returning your order to us for a refund. Please note, we do not offer free return shipping and this is a cost you will incur if you choose to return your item to us for a refund. 

There is a problem with my order. What do I do?
